Channel 4/1 Free Bet Offer

1. Offer applies to the FIRST single bet placed by a customer on each live Channel 4 race following the final declarations. Where more than one selection in the same race is placed on the same bet slip, the first selection is deemed to be the one which is highest on the bet slip. Enhanced win bets, Tote/Pari-Mutuel (bets and dividends),and 'Not to Win' bets are not applicable for this offer.
2. The 4/1 limit refers to the adjusted odds after any dead-heat, Rule 4 or unnamed joint/co-favourite. If your free bet is an each-way selection that is placed, and the return on the bet is less than the total stake, we will refund the difference between your return and the total stake. If your return is greater than the total stake then no refund will be given.
3. Offer only includes races broadcast on terrestrial TV unless otherwise stated by bet365.
4. Maximum free bets per customer £50 per race. Free bet winnings exclude stake. Bets must be paid for and placed in the usual way. If your free bet loses, your stake will be refunded to your account within one hour of the race finishing.
5. In the event of Channel 4 not showing all races live, free bets will stand as per the bet365 Channel 4/1 Race Schedule advertised on site.
6. If you are entitled to a free bet and Channel 4 broadcast an additional race then this will be added to the Channel 4/1 Race Schedule, so your free bet will be the first bet you place on this race.
7. If you back the winner of the last Channel 4/1 Race on any day, your free bet will be the first bet you place on the next bet365 Channel 4/1 Race to take place.
8. Where you are unable to place the maximum free bet amount due to restrictions on your bet, we will credit the difference between the maximum free bet returns and your actual returns.
9. Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition bet365 reserve the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.
10. All customer offers are limited to one per person. Offers only apply to customers who have made a real money deposit with bet365.
11. bet365 reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion at its own discretion.
